About Me
Hello My name is Aimee Jimenez,I also go by Dimone or Pentagora. My formal Brand name was DigitalDimone, a Strict Furry Artist Page. I am a Multi-Fandom Artist now, i draw Furries ( Anthropomorphic and Feral ), Equine, Dragons and im now Practicing Human type of art.Im a Latina artist, I really really love Space and Sunflowers, Along with rainbow pastels. I am 19 Years old and Currently fresh out of high school, i plan to go to college for Animation and Illustration. Frequently Asked Questions i get. Any questions missing i will add if needed.Q: What Drawing Program/Drawing tools do you use?A: I use Procreate for IPad Pro, my iPad pro model is 10.5 ( 2017 ). These are my current drawing tool in the future i plan on using a mix of Procreate and Paint tool Sai 2Q: What Brushes do you use to draw? What Canvas sizes do you use when drawing?A: I usually use Canvas size 600x600 , i switch it up depending on the drawing. My brushes however are Brushes i have bought from multiple artists on different websites such as gumroad, etc, . I also use a mix of brushes from different free procreate packs for my back grounds!Q: Can i dm you anytime about questions, my commission, character designs, etc?A: Yes you can, i tend to respond quickly but sometimes my longest response time can be 9 plus hours if im extremely busy. I keep a fast time always to respond to paid commissions and other important questions. Feel free to reach out. Your pronouns will also be respected when im told about them so i may use them correctly. For my fellow LGBT followers.Q: How will i know if your commissions are open? Art trades, etc?A: my commission status for now is in my bio, i will even make story posts when commissions or art trades,etc are open. I will develop a google form to fill when buying commissions to make it easy when buying. My page is still a work in progress.Q: How long will a commission take to finish?A: i tend to always be drawing, i always put paid commissions first before Owed art. They will always take a week, maybe less. Yes i tend to work on them fast.Q: can i request a NSFW Commission?A: Yes, if you are an 18 plus buyer ( must have proof of ID ). Yes you can. Terms of service/Blacklist
CryingNebulas Terms of Service, Even if you do not read , you still accept these terms. Terms are able to change if i see fit. Failure of following terms of service will result in a possible block/blacklist.Section 1 ; COMMISSIONS
My only form of payment as of right now is PayPal, my art prices will not be lowered at all UNLESS i offer it to you at a lowered price. Payment must be payed up front, no after payments. If not payed within 24 hours ( without contact) i will not start your commission, and will cancel it.
If a payed commission is not finished in 1-2 months WITHOUT updates, you may request a refund. Outside of art i maybe busy with other things so please be patient and kind with me, i will return this kindness to you. Keep it civil. If i’m on a sketch phase of your art and I'm unable to complete, i will still return a full refund. If i’m on lining or coloring/Background ( if a scene piece ) , i will only return a PARTIAL refund. however if i am on shading, finished coloring, etc. no refund will be returned, especially if i’m giving you updates. Do not commission me if your in a tight spot with cash and then figure you need the money now, i am not a bank. Im a human who needs to eat and live as much as you. Please spend your cash/funds wisely, i am not in charge of this. I will also not tolerate any forms of abusive criticism, if i finished a commission and you APPROVE of it, then slander my name or my brand afterwards. It will result in a block/blacklist. Commissions usually get done really fast with me, work with me and I’ll work with you, just be understanding.Section 2; ART
All of my art is unfortunately heavily watermarked due to past theft, if you own any art pieces from me please watermark them. Give proper credit to my Instagram/toyhouse. Any complaints/concerns about an art piece of mine your welcome to contact me , where i may discuss whatever issues you may have. Do not contact me for free art, it’s not happening. Please also do not ever repost or upload my art on different websites. If a piece of art of mine is stolen, please contact me immediately. I will also block if im pressured into free art or harassed. As stated on my toyhouse, i do upload pieces of vent art rarely and NSFW pieces on my toyhouse. Any minors need to be respectful and responsible of following 18+ artists, i give my warnings and tell people to unfollow if they are minors on my toyhouse platform ( i always put proper content warnings so they can follow but avoid any art not suited for them at all) Im not responsible for minors putting themselves in spaces they shouldn't the be in. My art is reserved for 15+ However. Any private issues with this you may contact me privately, and we can discuss. My art is also to not be used in any online roleplays/vents. Doing so will get you blocked. Thank you.Section 3; CHARACTERS/DESIGNS/ADOPTS
my characters are always strictly uploaded to toyhouse now, if you own a really really old design of me ( around 2020 times, maybe older) , i would understand if the adopt isnt on toyhouse due to me not having a toyhouse at the time, but if you own any recent adopts/designs of mine. They are to stay on toyhouse. You may not sell my designs on amino unless I give your permission or sell them myself ( you can contact me and we can discuss, i wont take any profits) as amino is prone to theft, same with deviantart. Any designs of mine taken off toyhouse, i will contact you and if denied returned or not returned at all to the platform i will block and blacklist you, and i will contact the new owner. Any designs of mines that may look similar to a previous design of mine, feel free to always contact me for a FREE redesign! , if you have a character of mine that you however would like a slight redesign or complete due to connecting issues or maybe you would like something different , you would have to pay for that. Do not also trade my designs to any Blacklisted people. If someone owns my design who is Blacklisted previously before blacklisting, please contact me so i can keep track of the character. Please be mindful i always look at my designs and make sure they are on toyhouse where they belong. So i will catch if any design is removed. If a character i designed has a same color pallet as another do not contact me in a disrespectful way , no one owns colors. I wont change it. If i own a character that has a bad creator or follow a bad creator please lmk. So i may not interact with them even if i love their designs , do not associate me with others wrongs.Section 4; Conclusion
As stated above, these rules can be changed/added to at anytime. These are all i can currently think of, if we disagree on something, your always free to contact me about it especially if your Blacklisted. Please be aware joining this community back when i was 15/16 i was very immature and unhinged with my words. Please understand i am only human, and still growing/learning my mistakes. If you disagree with your blacklist please contact me, and i can see what the drama/breaking point was, and who knows. Maybe we can work it out. Wont work with again :’))Soft.boi.bambi/ Cynical ( on toyhouse) , Blacklisted for slandering my art to a friend of mine because it wasn't to their liking despite them approving of the art and telling me they liked it. Very rude behavior, and complaining because i privated the 2 characters they sent me to prevent theft.Kenshioutcontext ( on toyhouse ) Blacklisted for zero communication, giving away a character i offered on despite me on the coloring stages of their art. Ghosted me when i responded.Angelfonds( toyhouse) , Blacklisted for feral p*rnThatnerd ( toyhouse and discord) , blacklisted for not communicating on their idea if a character that they agreed on when buying. Clained they added worth to a character i lowballed for ( $25 , character originally worth $90) art to this day as of writing isnt uploaded to characters toyhouse, no proof was sent when asked if i can see. Proceeded to revoke our tradeback agreement even tho they told me they will hold until i can pay back whenever i have cash. And made it seem as if i stole the character/is reselling it despite me not doing so. Never working with again. I recognize my miscommunications as well but they attitude or snarky remarks in the beginning was unwarranted.Flamingo(discord)/criminals( toyhouse) , Blacklisted me for trading a character away i offered on that they put on hold for me and everything, while i was on coloring stage they traded away , wasting my time, never working with again.As of now this is all i have Blacklisted!
